By accessing, using, or registering an account on the h129 platform (https://h129.wine), the player is considered to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the platform and the player. Please read this document carefully before you start playing.

1.1 — Age Restriction

The h129 platform is only for players aged 21+. Anyone under 21 is not permitted to use this platform. If an account is found to have been registered with a false age, it will be closed immediately and funds will not be returned.

1.2 — Platform Access Restrictions

2.2 — Account Security

Players must keep their account password confidential and must not share it with any third party. If you believe an unauthorized person has accessed or may have accessed your account, contact h129 customer service immediately.

2.3 — One Account Policy

If it is found that a player has opened more than one account, h129 may close the duplicate accounts and forfeit any bonus balances remaining in those accounts. The policy allows only one account per player.

2.4 — Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal, h129 may request a photo of your ID card, proof of your payment method, and any other required documents. If these cannot be provided, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

h129 supports deposits and withdrawals through the most widely used payment methods in Myanmar. The available payment methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay.

3.1 — Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

Minimum Deposit: 10,000 Ks Minimum Withdrawal: 10,000 Ks

The minimum deposit amount is the same across all payment methods — 10,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed on the platform.

3.2 — Withdrawal Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes. Players should be aware that this timeframe may vary in exceptional circumstances, such as KYC checks or payment system instability.

3.3 — Payment Amount Confirmation

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit. The name on the player's account must match the name on the payment account before a withdrawal can be processed.

3.4 — Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

h129 enforces an anti-money laundering policy. If any player is found to be round-tripping funds (depositing and immediately withdrawing without placing bets) or making deposits followed by instant withdrawals with no gameplay, the account may be investigated and frozen.

h129's bonuses and promotions are offered under specific terms and conditions. Bonus funds will only be available for withdrawal once the required wagering has been completed.

4.1 — First Deposit Bonus

h129's welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit amount as a bonus, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks.

Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks → receive a 20,000 Ks bonus → total balance is 40,000 Ks. The bonus must be wagered 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks before a withdrawal can be made.

Example 2 — Deposit 1,020,000 Ks → receive a 500,000 Ks bonus → total balance is 1,520,000 Ks. The bonus must be wagered 500,000 Ks × 20 = 10,000,000 Ks before a withdrawal can be made.

The wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. Withdrawing before this requirement is met may result in the bonus funds being forfeited.

4.2 — Games Eligible for Bonus Wagering

The time needed to complete the bonus wagering requirement may vary depending on the game. Contribution rates toward the wagering requirement differ by game — see h129's bonus policy page for full details.

4.3 — Bonuses Cannot Be Stacked

A player may not claim multiple bonuses at the same time. A new bonus cannot be activated until the current one is completed. Any bonus may only be used once per account.

Each game on the h129 platform — slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, football, 2D/3D lottery — must be played in accordance with that game's own rules. The general gameplay rules are as follows:

• Players are not allowed to place small bets repeatedly in a single game session in an attempt to abuse bonuses.
• Exploiting game bugs or glitches for profit is strictly prohibited.
• h129 reserves the right to void any winnings that arise from edge cases.

• If more than one account is found to be held

• If the player themselves requests self-exclusion after weighing the consequences

9.1 — Self-Exclusion

A player who wishes to exclude themselves from gambling can contact customer support 24/7 to request this in advance. During the self-exclusion period, the player's account will be suspended and they will not be able to play.
